The Gentle Way to Sell
Customers are always right, they are precious and they are valuable. You must always let them feel that way. If you are offering products and upsell, you must let them feel that you are after their own benefit. Whether you are upselling or directly selling a product, you must build rapport with customers. No matter how busy, you must take a chance to become gentle when you are offering something to the customers. As much as you would like to sell more for every customer, respect their right to say NO.
